2nd of 6 "Just Kitchens Classics" Club Competition results.
Members enjoy yet another club competition...
May 2008
19 members again enjoyed a fun-packed day of fishing when they entered the 2nd of 6 "Just Kitchens Classics" club tournaments at Glyncornel Lake Tonypandy. Unusually the fishing started off slow but the catch rates increased through the day allowing most of the entries to catch their four fish limit. The first three total weights of 16.13 lbs, 15.09 lbs and 15.04 lbs were far in access of the normal average and only added to the competitiveness of the tournament. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions went to Stephen James, Stephen Moyle and Ian Jones (Vice Chairman) respectively.
There were also 2 prizes given on the day for tag fish (any fish other than a rainbow trout) which went to Ian Jones and Clive Perry, as well as biggest fish of the day going to Stephen James (6.04 lbs).
A full list of the top 10 results has been added to the "Competition Results" page.
Tight Lines,
Ian,
(Vice Chairman). |
